Family Plan

This plan uses a will as it’s primary document and is perfect for young families with minor children who don’t have a lot of assets. This plan does not avoid probate, but protects your spouse and family if something happens to you.

Price Range: $1,000 to $2,500

Trust Plan

if you’re looking to make things really easy for your family if something happens to you, the trust plan is best for you. This plan avoids the delays and costs of probate by using a revocable living trust as its centerpiece. 

Price Range: $4,000 to $6,000

Peace of Mind Plan

If you’re worried about protecting your home and life savings from the high costs of long term nursing home care, this plan is for you. It includes both probate avoidance and asset protection to protect your nest egg. 

Price Range: $6,000 to $8,000
